Day 115


Bible
  1.  Read Matthew 5:1-12.
  2. Who is blessed? You can insert the word happy instead of blessed.
  3. What do they receive?
  4. How can being persecuted and being lied about make you happy?  (answer: It can make you happy because you will receive a reward in heaven, and you can know you are experiencing the same as Jesus and the other prophets.)
English


  1. Read poem 22.
  2. The clay says that love doesn’t seek to please whom? (Answers)
  3. The pebble says that love seeks to please whom? (Answers)
  4. What does the Bible teach about true love? Does it live for itself or others? (Answers)
  5. What part of these verses say that about love? 1 Cor. 13:4-5  (Answers)
Spelling
  1. Look at your A to Z Geography book, find Cave and Sea Cave, record yourself with the tape player, saying the definitions and then write it. This is called dication, when you write from what you hear.  
  2. Show me your work.

Writing
  1. Write an I love you poem to someone.
  2. You could write it with repeating words like this:
    • I love you because…
    • I love you because…
    • I love you because…
  3. Write at least three lines.
  4. Read it to someone

  1. Singapore
    1. Level 2- Pg. 41 exercise 41
    2. Level 3- pg. 92 exercise 70
  2. Do pg. 4 on link cube folder
  3. Make the number. This time click on 100 off to the side. Did you notice what appeared? Drag one of those big squares of blocks onto the work mat. What number does it say? 100! There are 100 blocks in that square. It’s 10 stacks of 10 blocks all put together. Now make the numbers that it tells you to. Now you are using hundreds, tens and ones.
  4. Make numbers. You are using hundreds, tens and ones. Make a big number. Do you see the hundreds, tens and ones. Click on the button to see them all put together. Click on new and make another big number.
Geography
  1. Read book Iraq by Kathryn Stevens with a parent.
  2. Listen to Zum Ghali Ghali (If it doesn't open, go to google drive and look for 51.mp3)

PE/Health

  1. Get your workout clothes on and get a cup of water ready at your side.  This is a 30 minute exercise, do your best to follow along. If you don't know how to do an exercise routine, that's fine, do your best and just try to follow as close as how it looks.



Friday Chores
  1. Organize the bathroom
    • Towels neatly folded ( You might have to unfold and fold)
    • Sink thoroughly cleaned, bottom part too.
    • Organize the closet
    • Sweep and take carpet to get washed
  2. Bed linen to be washed

  4. Organize classroom
    • put away books (neatly stack them)
